Vidya works with Last Wilderness Foundation, Mumbai, an NGO which focuses on working with communities for conservation. After her stint of more than a decade with the corporate world, she decided to take the career jump to follow her passion, and thus, has made wildlife conservation as her career. She is an avid traveller to forests and to the mountains. She has a special interest in butterflies and takes efforts to document their behaviour during her field trips.
